This Privacy Policy explains how AxisForge Digital collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who send us a request.

We process personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

What data we collect

We collect the data you give us yourself and the data the website receives automatically:

your name and contact details: phone number, WhatsApp, email address;
details of your project that you share in the request form or in a message, such as the type and area of the property, its district, timing, budget and your comments;
technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the time of your visit, the website or advertisement you came from and the tags in the link that brought you to the site (UTM tags);
cookie and web analytics data: which pages you open, how long you stay on them and how you use the site.

Why we use your data

to process your request and get back to you through the channel you chose;
to prepare a preliminary estimate and a proposal for your project;
to conclude and perform a contract if you decide to work with us;
to tell you about our services, projects and special offers, if you have agreed to receive such messages;
to keep the site running and secure, analyse its traffic and make it more convenient;
to measure how well our advertising works and to show ads for our services on other websites and social networks to people who have already shown interest in them;
to comply with the laws of the UAE.

Legal basis and consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send us a request through the form on the website or write to us yourself. Once we agree to work together, we also process it to conclude and perform the contract and to meet our obligations under UAE law.

We send you messages about our services, projects and offers only with your consent. You can opt out at any time by replying to such a message or writing to us; opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the email address at the end of this page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Where your data is stored

We store personal data in protected systems: in our customer relationship management system and with cloud service providers that keep it on our behalf. Their servers may be located both in the UAE and abroad; we transfer data outside the UAE only in the cases and on the terms permitted by UAE law.

If you contact us through messengers or social networks, your messages are also processed by those services under their own privacy policies.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted partners and service providers that help us run the website, handle requests, promote our services and carry out work on your project, such as analytics and advertising services, CRM systems, messengers and cloud providers. We share only what they need to provide their services, and only on condition that they keep it confidential.
